National Seminar
SOA Timor-Leste in collaboration with Universidade Oriental Timor Lorosa'e is proud to announce the National Seminar to be held on 9th December 2024 under the theme:
"Marine Environmental Education: Preparing Future Leaders for Sustainable Ocean Governance in Timor-Leste."
This seminar will serve as a platform to discuss and explore strategies for empowering future leaders in marine conservation and governance. It will feature a panel discussion bringing together diverse perspectives from:
- Government policymakers,
- NGOs working on environmental initiatives,
- International experts in sustainable ocean management, and
- Academic leaders researching marine ecosystems and education.
